Do you reside outside of DC? Rising for Justice’s Expungement Program only provides legal services to DC residents seeking to expunge or seal their DC criminal records. The Expungement & Reentry Services Referral List is a non-exhaustive list of resources meant to aid individuals looking to expunge or seal their criminal records in other jurisdictions. The list is divided by state, and includes contact information for legal service organizations, as well as some informational links. While we try to update the list with additional resources as we become aware of them, we cannot guarantee that the list is totally up-to-date or that the inclusion of an organization guarantees their ability to assist with any particular issue.
